When The Inflated One (Jupiter) enters Airy Libra his Earthy Virgo days are left behind until about 12 years from now. That's a change of influence for our jolly Friar Tuck, or whatever nickname you wish to give the Great Benefic, from Mercury (rules Virgo) to Venus (rules Libra--and Earthy Taurus, of course; in Libra she's all about love, beauty, art, literature, and either diplomacy or war.
With expansive Jupiter in Libra we may expect to hear accusations of, "It's not fair!" even more often since Mr. Trump's natal Jupiter is in Libra, the sign of the Scales of Justice. Naturally, with Jupiter increasing, inflating, and conflating Libran characteristics, values, perspectives, and events within our society, the Tropical sign that holds Jupiter is highlighted as was (mental) Virgo, sign of purification, discrimination, and critical ability.
As Jupiter enters Libra at one of the four Cardinal World Points of manifestation, prominence, and fame (00:00:00), America's natal Midheaven (MC) is contacted for those who use a 5:09/10 pm chart for July 4, 1776.
But this Astrology blog is destined to have No Political Astrology upon it even though such things impact our entire society via 'consequences', plus, they may even spread to the rest of the world. My point is that a mention is deserved here: transit Jupiter conjoins US natal Saturn (1 4:4 8 Libra) in November 2016 which times a period when careful planning pays off and some sort of responsibility is at least partially lifted. This transit may affect members of the American public (including the retired, elderly, or the experienced) and for any or all Saturnian figures (governmental, managerial, legal, etc) within the Collective.
